• Age: Unknown, (Destiny's timeline is very ambiguous,) but he does confirm he's "way older than [126]".

• Items Coming Along:

1 Set of Hunter Armour. Since his armour isn't available in-game, I couldn't tell you what the perks are so we'll just act as if they don't have any.

His Cloak. Like the rest of his armour, we'll just ignore perks. It's just important because it belonged to an old friend.

Sundance: Sundance is his Ghost, his sentient lil' robot buddy. She's never given any dialogue in the game or lore, but is described as being just like him, so uh. Good luck guys.

Ace of Spades. A handgun that features powerful and explosive rounds, low recoil, and the ability to move rounds into the magazine without manually reloading. Sadly for Cayde, it's really just gonna act like a normal gun because I'm TIRED.

• Additional Adjustments to include: Honestly he arrived in Deerington too late in the game for it to have a more significant effect on him than deep confusion. Maybe in Trench he’ll finally actually deal with the fact that he’s dead.

Seeing as fire and electricity are the two innate elements for hunters, (and in fact, after his death Guardians gained an ice-based subclass too,) one might think that Cayde comes by easy control of his blood.

Absolutely not.

His blood and his Guardian powers should, ideally, come to compliment one another. But as of arriving in Trench, Cayde will have very little control. The aptitude is high, but unfortunately so is the chaos and bad luck. He’s gonna be burning stuff (and people) a lot for a while.

EDIT FOR CLARITY: He will be exploring all 3 elements equally. Once he starts to get a handle on things anyway. It's all very exciting and new. To begin with, it'll most likely be unexpected emissions of the elements, but once Cayde starts getting them under control it'll likely be with an emphasis on weapons/enhancing his weapons. For instance forging a small blade of ice, adding flame to a sword or a bullet, etc.
